The wait is over for eligible bachelors as application forms are now available for Matrimonial Book-2012.

Fee Details : 

Registration Fee : Rs. 100/- For Parichay Sammelan.

Residence Arrengements: Rs. 200/- (Candidate and Parents, For 2 days)

Bio Data Fee With Color Photograph : Rs. 250

Matrimonial Book : Rs. 100/-  ( Courior Charges Rs. 50 Extra)

Simple Bio Data : Free Of cost.

Instructions :

1. For the Matrimonial book, Please send two recent passport size color photograph.
2. Candidate age must be 21 for Male and 18 for female.
3. Bank Draft should be in favor of "SHRI MAHESHWARI SAMAJ, JAIPUR". Do not send money in a envolup. "Shri Maheshwari Samaj" is NOT responsible for loss of money.
4. Fill the form in clear words. You can use a photocopy of this form also. Take all documents for proof with you, you can need this anytime. For Example your qualification certificate, Age proof etc.
5. Mention your address very clear with pincode.
6. Shri Maheshwari Samaj, Jaipur do not guarantee and NOT responsible for any mistake DONE in publication of Book. We try to do not make such silly mistakes. BUT in any case we do not guarantee for any case. Candidates and Parents are requested to enquiry Fully before making any decision.
7. Candidate are requested to maintain the decorum of the event. This will be in your favor.
8. Any Amount will not be refundable.
9. we most welcome your suggestions.
10. Food will be available at the same place.
11. Important : LAST DATE OF APPLICATION IS SEPTEMBER 10, 2012. Application received after the last date will not be entertained.
