The power of aam aadmi – the real managers

From many years we see n we listen from people that, oh god! I am the common man, what can I do, but the real picture is different & we are very far from reality

This article is all about the common man who doesn’t know the reality & who could not understand their power.
Lets have a look !
Firstly the pictures of aam aadmi from him voice
I am born in an ordinary family. From their I learn to manage . first I manage my cloths with my siblings . Then I manage my books with them as well . when my father give me some amount of rs. As my pocket money, their I manage my budget.
Then I grown up & take some of my responsibilities.
I stand in a queue
The reservation queue
The bank queue
Then I got married
My wife ask me –
“bring me a saree”
Then I just replied
Oh jaanu! the situation is really tight
Can you manage for some time?
Then there is some sweet n silly fight
Then we try to make each other understand
Then we go to some pleasant sight
Yes that’s the beauty of relations that can be only seen in a medium class family.

My son ask me to visit a school tour. But there is not enough money. so I just start planning for that n start to do my savings. Their we learn to planning.
One fine morning there are some guest suddenly came in our home .so there is no enough meal for them , then we sacrifice our meal for them .their I learn to hospitality. Learn to manage the relations

Now some glimpse of rich people
He born in a lavish surrounding
He get all the things very easily. There are no challenges in his life. He is also learning the management but that is not of that level that is in a common man.
So when any emergencies are there they can’t manage the situations.

So the inference is this that the aam aadmi are not really aam aadmi but the thing is this that they cant understand their potential, their skills, ability we are learning management in colleges but reality is that if we see then we are already the 70 crore managers which are already prepare & there is no need to give them any management training but the actual need is that they themselves has to recognize their power. The power which can rule the world, the power which can make our nation in a better managed
B’coz if one can manage his budget, in a tough to tough situation then why he could not be the finance manager of any organization & achieve the major goal to get the maximum with minimum resource
If one can manage his family & manage their relations then why could not he manage the man force in his organization & be a charismatic HR manager of any organization
If I can attend my guest properly & show my hospitality then why I could not be a marketing manager of any organization
The conclusion is this that the common man is not a common. He is himself a school of management, but the thing is this that we, the common people cant recognize our powers. the common man is only common till he is in a crowd , but if he try emerge from crowd then he will become a uncommon man
We have the power. The power which can rule the world.
We have the examples of our former president, shree A.P.J.Abdul kalaam, who was from very ordinary family but he recognize his power & potentials & now everyone knows what he is. Similarly we have the example of dheeru bhai ambani who was also very ordinary man but he manage all the things & then he create the empire of reliance
So the thing is this that an ordinary man has all the things which are required for any good manager but the need of hour is to recognize the things. if we the common people of India take a vow today for this then we will definitely achieve the vision of shree A.P.J.Abdul kalaam of developed India till 2020. so just wake up & try to do your SWOT then only our dream come true of developed India
At last I want to share few words

Ek sapna aaj maine dekha hai
Ek swapn tum bhi to dekho
Is desh ko suprabandhit karna hai
Apne andar ki aag ke jala ke to dekho
Wo jo baitha hai thithurti raat me nange badan
Ek chota sa mahal use bhi dena hai
us thithurte haatheli ko thaam ke to dekho
